yottek, to whom your personal data are made accessible, retain the personal information collected through yottek websites, including your personal information that you submit through a registration process, for as long as you are registered at any yottek website through a user account or you are a user of yottek services, and for a reasonable time thereafter, unless and until you have recalled your consent with the processing of your personal information.

Yotskool Courses

 

Note that the courses are registered and protected by Yottek and are for the personal use only of the purchasee of the course, it is illegal to share the course details with another party without the purchase of another username and password. On purchase of a course from Yottek the course will be available for *120 days only and will be locked out after that period, to prevent such multi user usage, please refer to course administration for further information.

 

*At the descretion of Yottek and may be extended only for certain circumstances at a negotiable fee! only if the course duration was not long enough for the course completion and under such circumstances where this period of time where the course cannot be completed in such time as been arranged prior to the purchase of a course!

 

All the courses that are available through Yotskool are genuine and enhanced, realtime, up to date Yacht training courses and are thoroughly researched and prepared by an official MCA chief engineer Instructor. Yotskool is currently researching and seeking to become an MCA approved training establishment, in the mean time as such, course completion certificates issued by yotskool cannot be used as entry onto the SQA examination.

We have taken security measures, consistent with US Regulation information practices, to protect your personal information. These measures include technical and procedural steps and measures to protect your personal information from misuse, unauthorized access or disclosure, loss, alteration, or destruction. All information you provide to us is stored on secure servers. Credit card information is transmitted using secure socket layer (SSL) encryption. We use industry-standard encryption to enhance the security of data transmissions and have implemented commercially available technologies to guard against unauthorized access to any personal information that is stored electronically by yottek.
